Last week, I was watching an anime called Detective Conan, during one of the episodes, Conan and Heiji were talking about eating okonomiyaki. It sounded delicious, so I decided to make it on my own.
Day 1: My goal for day one was purely to cook a simple one, because it was my first time and I wanted to play it safe. It tasted very good at the end!
Day 2: After knowing how to make it, I decided to make it a bit more interesting, I added ramen to it. The ramen at the end was a bit loose and it lacked some sauce, but it was still very good!
Day 3: Day 3 was about precision, I sticked to the same ingredients, but I focused on more taste. I made sure to cook the ramen for a longer time and to add more sauce at the end. I couldn't have hoped for a better result, the okonomiyaki was amazing!
Ingredients used: oil, flour batter, eggs, water, cabbage, crab sticks, meat slices, bonito flakes, mayo, terriyaki sauce, beansprout/ramen(day2&3)
