Violin Highlights

Definitely one of the coolest experiences in my violin career! The other groups there & the opera house just produced a vibe I'v never experienced

With the space background and the lighting, it all just blended so perfectly with the piece we were playing

Even though we didn't sound as great as we should've been, it was still really cool to play with all the talented players from all over Maryland!

It was cold and windy on the day of the performance, not the most ideal conditions for an outdoor concert. I still remember my music getting blown away! But it was still really nice to able to perform to the public.

In terms of the quality of the music, I would say this orchestra ranks superior to all my other orchestras. It's not just that all the players are very skilled and talented, it also because everyone was playing with tremendous passion+love for the music!

Definitely a more "edgy/modern" than my other orchestras, we performed more modern string orchestra compositions that aren't performed by other non-traditional non-classical orchestras. Gave me a new perception of what can be accomplished by a string instrument!
